This is a residential basement acid-stained floor.  As with most basements, there are no control joints, but the resulting cracks add character to the staining results.

     Two colors used were used:  a base coat of Sherwin Williams' Midas Gold, and an accent coat of Brickform's Sunset.
     For the gloss finish, two coats of a water-based epoxy sealer were applied, followed by several coats of an acrylic floor finish.  No odor and short dry time.
